A quick guide for ECEA program directors & teachers
First time? Create your password
- On the sign-in screen, tap “First time signing in?”
- Enter your director email (the one ECEA has on file).
- Enter the ECEA member code: ECEA1#
- Choose your own password (at least 6 characters) and confirm it.
- Tap Create Account — you’re in! Use this password from now on.
Coming back?
- Enter your director email.
- Enter your password.
- Tap Sign In.
Forgot your password?
- Tap “Forgot password?”
- Enter your director email.
- Check your email for a reset link and set a new password (check spam too).
Good to know
Your data follows you. Everything you enter saves to your account, so you can sign in from any computer or tablet and see your classrooms.
Protect children’s privacy: when adding a child, enter first name and last initial only (for example, “Mia R.”) — never full last names.
